Later on in long run all these bad modified activities leads to different kind of  disease then we have to run here and there and have to spent our time and money to make our body healthy again.

And cancer is one of the deadly and the most common diseases that are widely spreading in our society .There are many reasons but still here we are going to discuss some of the most common activities that might cause Cancer.

Cancer is normally the result of genetic mutation in our DNA. Im this the cells of our body start grownup and dividing in an uncontrolled way  and ultimately spread throughout the whole body as they start growing in the form of tumours. Sometimes this  can also spread due to inherited genetic mutations.

There are many factors that can increase the risk of cancer, including certain lifestyle habits and environmental factors. Here are some day-to-day activities that can potentially increase the risk of cancer:

Smoking:-- Smoking cigarettes is one of the most well-known causes of cancer, and can increase the risk of several types of cancer, including lung, throat, and bladder cancer.
Sun exposure:-- Exposure to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation can increase the risk of skin cancer, especially if you spend a lot of time outdoors without protection.
Poor diet:-- A diet high in processed and red meat, saturated and trans fats, and low in fruits, vegetables, and fiber can increase the risk of several types of cancer, including colorectal, pancreatic, and breast cancer.
Lack of exercise:-- Not getting enough physical activity can increase the risk of several types of cancer, including colon, breast, and endometrial cancer.
Alcohol consumption:-- Drinking alcohol can increase the risk of several types of cancer, including breast, liver, and colon cancer.

Exposure to air pollution:-- Breathing in polluted air can increase the risk of lung cancer, as well as other types of cancer such as bladder cancer.

Chronic inflammation:-- Chronic inflammation, which can be caused by conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease or hepatitis, can increase the risk of several types of cancer.
Chronic stress:-- Prolonged stress can weaken the immune system and increase inflammation, which may increase the risk of cancer.

It's important to note that not everyone who engages in these activities will develop cancer, and there are many other factors that can also contribute to cancer risk. However, reducing exposure to these risk factors can help lower the risk of cancer.

And also It's important to note that the above factors may not directly cause cancer, but rather increase the likelihood of developing cancer over time. Reducing  exposure to these risk factors and adopting a healthy lifestyle can help reduce the risk of cancer.
With best wishes
Thanks
